I reached out to Lindsay after seven months of disrupted sleep from one of my three year old twins. Seven months of waking up one to six times a night 🤪 plus cranky mornings all around. We were scrambling to try and figure out the solution. I consulted every AI tool out there, thinking this would certainly get us some results. Nope. Lindsay not only had us feeling confident in a new bedtime routine and overnight habits, she also helped coach us through how to handle the days (aka… parenting). She gave us many frameworks for providing more consistency and empowerment for our kid all day long, which made nights much easier.

Now our kid wakes up refreshed!
